Analyzes the private-label mortgage-backed securities holdings of Federal Home Loan Banks. Writes software to improve collection and processing of information and designs databases used in monitoring corporate governance practices. Analyzed director compensation proposals, senior management structure, and succession planning at the FHLBanks. Performs ad-hoc analyses to inform regulatory actions and decisions regarding litigation.

Wrote and maintained software used for reviewing and editing GDP by Metropolitan Area estimates. Maintained other software used to produce GDP estimates for states and metropolitan areas. Refined estimation methodologies and conducted independent research. Developed database model for metropolitan area estimates and introduced geographic information systems technology to the division. Received a promotion from GS-7 to GS-11 in June 2008.
